"I had Jeff work on a large section of my horse pasture that had very poor drainage and was essentially a mud pit. He was great about giving suggestions, taking my input into consideration with my horse perspective and ultimately creating a wonderful gravel/dry lot area with tiling and drainage from the field and surrounding buildings. He went above and beyond to make sure that the horses will have a safe place to live in the wet seasons and make sure I was satisfied with the finished product. He kept me up to date throughout the process and was great about teaching me some of the details that are involved in excavation. Thank you Phair Excavation!"

"Phair Excavation put in a pond for me and went above and beyond all expectations! Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t mind taking the time to explain what he is going to do and more importantly, why he is doing it that way. He explained why the original site we picked was a bad choice and pointed out an area that worked much better. I will definitely call Phair for any future projects and have already recommended them to a few friends and family."

"Jeff from Phair Excavation delivered and did not disappoint. He came to partially clear my land to prepare for building a home. What really was helpful, was the overall knowledge of the business and sharing his passion for what he does. I gained information that I didn't know I needed! As we get ready to break ground, Jeff will be called in to dig the septic, basement and the driveway. He was very patient and listened to me about which trees to leave on the property. Hands down, very satisfied with his work ethic and integrity. He came out during heavy snow and worked too!!! Great Job Jeff."

"Working with Geoff Phair was a pleasure. He did drainage work to remediate a water problem in my blueberry field. He worked hard and smart to put together a plan and implement the plan. He explained everything to me and we agreed to very fair price that when finished was less than the original estimate. I recommend him with enthusiasm and without reservation."

"Needed a barn demolished. It was so rickety we were afraid to go in it anymore. Strong winds were making it shift, the roof would fly off in pieces and I always anticipated damage to our garage or that flying debris would cause an accident. Having no idea what would be needed, Jeff took time to explain the entire demo process. I had a quote the day he came out for the estimate; amazingly that quote did not change even in light of the escalating gas prices. The barn is now down and buried. Everything done quickly with extreme care to the yard. He even did extra cleanup of an old rotting garage & concrete structure. I'd have to say that Jeff far exceeded our expectations."
