"Contracted with Jeff to prep the site for 2 pole buildings. I had a tight window to get the sites ready and Jeff was very responsive. Ended up doing an outstanding job. As it was late in the season (November / December) he promised to return to do final grading in the spring and he followed through on that. I received compliments from the contractors who put in the subsequent concrete and blacktop on the quality of Jeff's prep work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Jeff again for any future work."

"Jeff Phair Excavation did a sand filter system for us. Jeff did a excellent job of clearing many trees to install the system. He did a very professional job from start to finish. He was affordable and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend him."

"Jeff dug a pond for us and we couldn’t be happier! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly what he would be doing so we fully understood the process.
